At Woodberry, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted cricket products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to ensure a smooth and fair return or refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Custom-made or personalized bats are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following cannot be returned:

Custom-designed or engraved bats
Used or knocked-in bats and soft gear
Discounted or clearance items (unless faulty)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer:

A replacement
Store credit
Or a full refund (for eligible cases)

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. Exchanges
